Word Hunt Free Play gives you unlimited puzzles with no daily limit. Pick a grid size from 3x3 all the way up to 6x6, set your preferred timer, and start swiping to find hidden words. Every board is randomly generated, so no two games are ever the same.
Drag your finger or cursor across adjacent tiles to connect letters and form words. You can move horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. Each tile can only be used once per word. When you release, the word is submitted automatically. Find as many words as possible before the timer runs out!
Longer words earn more points. Three-letter words score 100 points, four-letter words score 400, five-letter words score 800, and six-letter words score 1,400. Every extra letter beyond six adds another 400 points. Focus on longer words for the best scores.
Smaller grids (3x3) are fast and intense with fewer word possibilities. The standard 4x4 grid mirrors the classic Game Pigeon Word Hunt experience. Larger grids (5x5 and 6x6) offer more room for long, high-scoring words and extended gameplay. Try them all and find your favorite.
Look for common prefixes and suffixes like UN-, RE-, -ING, and -TION. Scan the board for clusters of vowels near consonants. Start with longer words first since they are worth significantly more points. Use seeded boards to practice the same layout multiple times and improve your strategy.
